We have a new Chairman! We are pleased to announce that Guy Bowen has been selected by his fellow trustees to succeed Nigel Samuels. In what is a very poignant year for the Royal International Air Tattoo, it seems fitting that Guy has taken the helm of the charity his father, Paul Bowen, co-founded 38 years ago.
“FSDP is incredibly special to me, as it was to my father. Having grown up alongside it I feel very honoured and privileged to now become its new chairman. It has been a difficult time for many charities, navigating the impact of COVID. We have though, despite being unable to award scholarships in 2020,
been very busy at FSDP. There are exciting plans for the future, and with that in mind we have a Christmas present for our community! We will be presenting this to you all on Christmas Eve!
